We’ve always aimed to do things differently at ProtectMD. Since our early days, we’ve focused on building a brand that physicians can trust by rethinking a lot of traditional practices.

We started in the disability insurance industry by meeting with residents and fellows in the NY and NJ area, sponsoring educational lunches, and following up with the physicians who wanted to learn more. Over countless 30-minute coffee increments, we spent years learning about our clients, the nuances of their specialties, and customizing insurance strategies to protect their income. Through a genuine commitment to serving residents and fellows, ProtectMD was there when they got married, started families, and made their dreams of practicing medicine a reality.

Our commitment to supporting our clients has helped ProtectMD grow from humble beginnings to now serving hospital systems and private practices across the United States. Our passion for making meaningful connections with medical professionals permeates everything we do.
